A Howl-o-Ween Party with Boo-tiful Prizes! Invite local animal rescue groups, non-competitive vendors, and reps from your own products. Have a costume party with prizes (ie gift baskets, free dog washes, free nail trim, Zanies from Pet Edge). Prizes for the best single costume, Prizes for multiple pet costumes, Tricks for Treats prizes (the best trick), Dogs with the cutest butt prize, dog with the biggest paw prize, dogs with the longest ears prize, dogs with the waggiest tail Prize. Have a costume registration fee (ie $3.00 or a bag of dog food).Ask for Chinese Auction items from vendors. All proceeds are split up with participating rescue groups. Serve donuts and cider to pet parents, serve dog ice cream in cups with dog bone to dogs. Charge minimal fee. Have music playing, oldies like the "Monster Rock, Spooky or Love Potion #9" Do a press release. Have Fun !!!!! |
