| #1 | I realize you probably can't say exactly how much you charge, but I was wondering if you guys have a base price and then a time slot for that? I was thinking $XX for 30 mins, and then $X for every 10 mins after that.
What about those speed washers? Should I offer a reduced rate for 10 minutes or no cause then everyone will jam their newfies into the 10 min time slot and they'll all go home with flaking skin cause they weren't rinsed properly? |

| #2 | flat rate seems to make more sense... then you aren't having to "watch the clock" yourself... and charging by weight seems nit-picky to me. We are $15 regardless of size or breed, with no time restrictions... most folks wanna get in and out quickly anyway... |

| #3 | I am not like healthyhounds but charge by size, the thought of charging by 10 minutes intervals to me would be mind boggeling to say the least. I can't see a Newfie or Leonburger being washed in 10 minutes. We have a coin operated dog wash at a car wash in our area and never do I have anyone question my costs after visiting there, had a gentlemen come in yesterday that said it cost him $10.00, just to get the shampoo rinsed out.
Good luck
